We refer to that as &ldquo;tribal knowledge&rdquo; within a Company.<\/p>\n<p>This can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Impact quality of the Company&rsquo;s products\/services<\/li>\n<li>Create customer frustration<\/li>\n<li>Waste time as there is so much reliance on specific Staff<\/li>\n<li>Result in loss of knowledge when someone leaves<\/li>\n<li>Produce inconsistencies and inefficiencies of processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These challenges can all be minimized when processes are effectively documented. Companies realize that they need to address this problem. This involves:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifying those processes that are the priority<\/li>\n<li>Designing and\/or optimizing those processes<\/li>\n<li>Documenting them<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>However, just getting started can be overwhelming and exasperating; so, nothing is done.<\/p>\n<p>We can help.
