Why?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Sit down\u2026. Why?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Stop doing that\u2026. Why?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Please be quiet for 5 minutes . . . Why?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Brush your teeth . . . Why?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is exhausting for parents when the child responds with the \u201cwhy?\u201d Yet, we could learn something from those youngsters. Looking at Life through the \u201cWhy\u201d view allows us to ensure we are making sense of our small space in this world. It is especially applicable to the approach in which we do business:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Why are we performing a task in a certain way?<\/li><li>Why are our Clients happy (or unhappy) with   the&nbsp;services\/products&nbsp;we&nbsp;provide?<\/li><li>Why does Staff stay (or leave)?<\/li><li>Why is it taking so long to complete certain tasks or projects?<\/li><li>Why are we not meeting our goals and objectives?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The list of questions to consider is almost infinite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Leaders, we should CONSTANTLY be asking the \u201cWhy?\u201d question.
