“What’s the latest version of that file?”

Not being able to identify the most recent and current version of a file can be a huge waste of time. Providing Customers with outdated information, quoting on work with last year’s price list, using expired information, or writing over previous versions that you want to reference later are just a few problems that can be created when version management has NOT been established in a Company.
