Welcome to My COO Resources’ emails

Welcome to My COO Resources’ emails. We recently launched an on-line, interactive tool, taking the knowledge and expertise Aldridge Kerr has offered to medium and large firms, and customized it to meet the needs of smaller Companies. Aldridge Kerr continues to offer consulting services to our Clients; however, My COO Resources now provides an alternative and affordable tool for Companies who prefer a do-it-yourself approach.

You are receiving this email because of our trusted relationship. Twice monthly, I will be sending an email with insights, thoughts, and helpful hints; I hope you enjoy them. Here is our first email:

On Monday, April 3rd, both the Final Four and the Texas Rangers’ Opening Day occurred. This caused some angst for die-hard sports fans who love both basketball and baseball. In fact, this has caused some debate as to whether this could be better managed by either the NBA or the MLB.

For fans that did not attend either event, it was easier to decide what game to watch. And with the wonder of a remote control, flipping between the two could be (somewhat) managed. For those very lucky fans that had an opportunity to go to one or the other, they had to give up seeing both. Those fans had to decide what their priorities were and whether there was a greater love for baseball or basketball.

Choosing what to do when there are multiple priorities to consider can be a real challenge. It is easier when several can be simultaneously addressed. But when we must choose between several options, decisions have to be made on those that are the biggest priority.

Do you have a clear and concise method for identifying what is most important within your Company? If you must be like the fan that amazingly had the opportunity to attend either the Final Four or the Rangers’ Opening Day, do you know what activities within your Company would be the biggest priorities?

My COO Resources has a solution that helps a Company to identify those processes most critical to its ongoing success. It walks the User through the identification and the prioritization of the tasks (processes) within your Company. This helps when tough decisions have to be made on what processes take precedent over others. In fact, we think it is so important to understanding those critical processes, that it is the first solution that Users take when they upgrade their membership to begin to address those issues that were identified while taking the Simple Start Assessments.

Do you want to determine what processes are most critical within your Company? Get started at www.mycooresources.com and use this interactive, self-paced tool to identify and then address your operational issues.
